Planner
The Planner feature in our Order Management System provides a comprehensive view of all orders, organized according to different process steps. It allows users to visualize the progress and status of each order in the system.
As a planner, you can use the following key functionalities in ChainLinx:
Visualize Orders: The Planner view displays all orders, categorizing them based on their respective process steps. This visual representation enables users to track the progress of orders efficiently.
Material Availability Check: When adding a new order, the system performs a check to determine if the required raw materials are available. If the materials are in stock, the system automatically tags and reserves them for the specific order. This ensures that the necessary materials are allocated correctly.
Warning for Unavailable Material: In cases where the required raw material is not available (i.e., none reserved stock), the system issues a warning. Additionally, it recommends the specific materials that need to be ordered to fulfill the order successfully.
Customer Order Placement: Customers have the ability to log in to Chainlinx, our platform, and place orders using pre-agreed product cards. This approach minimizes the risk of errors that may occur during the conversion of customer data into the production process.
Dynamic Order Updates: Any changes made to an order over time, such as modifications to quantity or delivery dates, are dynamically reflected in the system. This ensures that all stakeholders are aware of the updated information, enabling smoother order management.
Follow-up Reports by Warden: The system provides follow-up reports on the efficiency and material flow of orders. The Warden module generates these reports, allowing users to assess the performance of the order management process and identify areas for improvement.
Status-triggered Reports: When the status of an order changes, the system can automatically trigger reports if necessary. These reports notify the next process step that the order is ready for their attention, streamlining the workflow and reducing delays.
Product Card Regulation: The system incorporates product card regulations, which define the required process steps and materials for each product. This feature minimizes the risk of incorrect materials entering the wrong process steps, ensuring adherence to the specified production guidelines.
Dashboard for Real-time Data: The Planner feature includes an intuitive dashboard that provides planners with online access to real-time data on the order process. This enables them to make informed decisions and efficiently manage the order flow.
